Biju Gopalan is a Success Coach from ICF (International Coach Federation – USA), assisting and guiding many of his client to achieve their goals and dreams catering to different aspects of life like career, finance, personal life, belief system, attitude... Also being an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner from NFNLP – USA and a Counsellor, driving excellence comes naturally to Biju thus helping his clients to understand the co-ordination between communication (intra and inter personal) and actions. Biju has worked in the Corporate World for more than 15 yrs with an Executive MBA in Human Resource as well as he is an holder of Advance Diploma in Operations Management. Biju was the Operations Head with Zensar Technologies, handling three departments (Training and Development, Recruitment and Operations) and more than 250 employees. He was instrumental in training many employees to perform to their maximum capabilities through continuous improvement training programs. Prior to Zensar Technologies, Biju has worked in the capacity of Sr. Manager in ICICI Bank, Convergys and EDS (Electronic Data Systems). In his career he has travelled internationally for Training, Business Development and Process Transitions. Biju’s passion of training, coaching, counselling and providing guidance has driven him to take a sabbatical from his Corporate Life. For the last seven years Biju has been a full-time trainer thus he has trained more than 10,000 participants from all walks of life. Biju has a dream to touch millions of hearts and minds to bring about a positive change in their life and guide them to achieve excellence. Biju Gopalan, as the Director of Cogent Academy, has a strong background in emotional intelligence and personal development. He is also an author and life coach, focusing on helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals.
